Pnjarra which we thought would be a tough card ended up our best with 4 winners. Our specials were dissapointing so we will back of those until the fields improve. Plenty of value around the winners and a great day for novelties.

Super day and looking for the value in our first fives certainly worked. MR3/10 at $12 and AR6/1 at $15 were the best two value runners of the day and both won. The double at 180/1 didnt need a large investment to produce a big result.
09 Dec 2015
Once again some very average fields today so proceed with caution and look for value runners in our first fives. As the quality of fields deterioate watch the betting for larger shorteners at odds. 07 Dec 2015
With yesterdays Group 1 from Ascot we saw some amazing didvidents posted for the exotics. Check the variances in payouts from the Corporate bookies to the TAB's Race 8 - Tabtouch-Kingston Town Classic - 1800m Results
Most corporates advertise "best totes" or "Mid Totes" are paid but maybe we need to pay a little more attention to what is actually paid out. With some corporates you need to nominate which tote you wish to bet on and if you dont do it correctly the payout difference is massive. The following is what each TAB and corporate paid out for the First Four on Ascot race 8 in yesterday's G1 Vic TAB $56,194 Uni TAB $60,675 NSW TAB $10,307 WA TAB $56,194 William Hill $10,307 Defaults to NSW TAB Sportsbet $56,194 Bet 365 $60,675 Crown Bet $56,194 Luxbet $56,194 Centrebet $10,307 Defaults to NSW TAB Bookmaker.Com $56,194 Defaults to Vic TAB We suggest if totes are to default when not selected specifically they should at least default to the TAB tote where the race is being held , not to the NSW tote which in the last two weeks has cost punters thousands of dollars in comparison to the Vic TAB. Corporates advertising best totes , need to pay out best of the totes. We are pretty sure we are staying with those corporates paying the best totes.

The Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide cards were a struggle but Doomben and Ascot were good.
