Once again the heavy overnight rain in Sydney has forced stewards to postpone today's Rosehill meeting which included Sydney's Winter Cup.

The Sunshine Coasts main meeting is going ahead at this stage but is on a Heavy 9 and with 42 scratchings already there is some doubt over the meeting. Notorious for some rough results I suggest you tread warily.

Moonee Valley and Belmont look the best options today.

A steady day with some pretty good exotics.

Heavy tracks to contend with at Canterbury and Sandown so take it easy at both venues. Hopefully they get through both meetings.

Very tough day with no joy from our specials either. A quaddie in Melbourne and in Adelaide helped but overall a dissapointing result.

Another very wet day in Queensland and Ipswich notoriously delivers some very rough results on their major race day of he year so on a Heavy 8 tread warily. Perth racing looks exceptional value today if we can find a few winners with some long shots rated on top. Best of the day are 3 eachway bets in Perth. PR 1/6 Profound Effect, PR6/10 Confianza, PR8/11 Star Buck at $41. Best in Sydney is SR7/6 Bereft. Good luck

Tough day on the heavy tracks with Strathalbyn abandoned and rain throughout the day at Sandown and Eagle Farm changing track conditions to Heavy at both venues. Good day for trifectas but tough day for winners. Saturdays races already looking like another wet day in the East with predicted Slow tracks all round which is alright if they don't deteriate during the day. It is winter I suppose.

Slow 6 for Randwick today and with Mornington at a heavy 9 we will give Victoria the flick today. Hard enough to find a winner at Mornington on a good track let alone a Heavy 9. Our best today is SR3/1, I'm No Phony returning from a very impressive first up run as a 2YO Listed Race runner in the Breeders Stakes last October. At $9.50 the odds are exceptional. Lets hope Saturdays form continues today.

Huge day all round with 14 big winners at 33%. The highlight was our 5 specials, 4 won and our best each way ran 3rd in the Stradbroke at 15/1. The winners were at pretty good odds and as suggested the all ups were the way to go. Hope you filled the coffers.

We are back to some decent tracks today which usually means more reliable results and today should be no exception. The Stradbroke is a very open race with a multitude of chances but we have settled on a each way bet in BR8/4 Streama. The worry for Epaulette is the 56kgs which would make it a modern day race carrying record, Your Song is not as good on better ground, Buffering not going as well as he has, Sizzling a big chance, Solzhenytsen gets the good ground he wants, Better than Ready has just been short of the best and has a horror barrier, and Spirit of Boom, Falvelina and Belltone all get their chance. We will go with G Boss. Best Bets for today are MR4/4 She Can Skate, BR1/7 Missy Longstocking, PR3/4 Itsahymn, PR7/9 Novenebr Red and PR8/9 Dominating. It could be a nice day for specials.

A top days results today with 11 winners , 34 first fives , 14 trifectas and 7 first fours. Results now on rhe website.

43 races and all on Slow tracks but for WA. Fields look OK and hopefully plenty of winners around. Only one best bet for the day is SR7/2 Westchester

The heavy tracks today drew some rough results and as expected it was a tough day. Thankfully the Queensland form stood up but we struggled elsewhere.

Slow 6 at Rosehill, Sandown abandoned. Heavy 8 at Morphetville and a Slow 7 at Eagle Farm. They all mean danger signs however the form is done based on the track conditions so we ill see how we go. Todays best bets are AR6/2 Assertive Eagle, SR8/14 Index Linked, BR8/3 Hot Snitzel, PR8/1 Galaxy Prince and our best each way for the ladies is PR7/14 Miss Tipsy Topsy.
