It is a condition of Warch Racing that subscribers to our ratings service do not forward our ratings in any form to any person either electronically or manually unless they are subscribers in which case it is unnecessary to do so.

Offenders will be subject to a life time ban and face being prosecuted for breaching our conditions. In addition access to our ratings will be denied in any form.
